General Manager for Emerging Regions
Paul Lombard is Aurecon’s General Manager for Emerging Regions, leading all aspects of project delivery across our offices in Asia, East Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, and West Africa.
Paul is a registered professional engineer with 26 years of experience in infrastructure planning, financing and economics, management consulting and restructuring. He has worked on projects in roughly 30 countries for a variety of donor agencies and governments.
Paul has a distinguished academic track record, including winning numerous awards and selection as a Fulbright Scholar for post-graduate study in the USA. He obtained a PhD in Urban and Transportation Engineering from Purdue University in the USA.
