Emerging regions - Regional manager, Asia
Responsible for Aurecon’s operations in Asia, Charlie Miller is also a director of Aurecon’s Global Board, Chairman of Aurecon Australia Group Limited, and a Director of many of its subsidiary companies.
From 2004 to 2008 as Queensland Region Leader, Charlie was responsible for the strategic direction, business development and financial performance of Aurecon’s Queensland region leading substantial growth in project work, operational performance and staff numbers.
With over 35 years’ experience with Aurecon, Charlie is a civil engineer with expertise in design and project management of marine structure and large multidisciplinary transportation and resource projects throughout Asia and Australia.
He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2004, Charlie was awarded Engineers Australia - Queensland Division's Professional Engineer of the Year Award.
